The aims of Neurosupport are to provide advice, information and support to people with a neurological condition, their families and care professionals, and to raise the awareness of neurological conditions in the community at large. The Centre has meeting and conference facilities, a dedicated library and database, produces regular newsletters, and provides office accommodation for a number of neurological charities.

The Walton Centre help people who have epilepsy, multiple sclerosis, brain tumours, Parkinson's disease, stroke, cancer, spinal pain and other neurological diseases and trauma.
